July 2024’s WKTY donation is to Coulee Connections. They are a private alternative school based out of La Crosse, WI.
They have existing partnerships with 21 school districts within the surrounding area and through those collaborations, are able to provide program services and learning opportunities for 60 students during the school year, and another 60 students for a 6 week summer school program. The students served have found that traditional learning environments can be extremely challenging.
