The La Crosse Loggers baseball team is a series win away from its a division championship.
The Loggers pounded out 16 hits Tuesday on their way to an 8-6 win at Duluth, sweeping the Huskies in the best-of-three series.
Ryan Kucherak went 2-for-5, including a solo home run and a double, while teammate Cardell Thibodeaux was 2-for-4 with two RBI and a stolen base.
Tyler Albanese struck out eight, allowed four hits, three runs and three walks in 6.2 innings to get the win.
