Central, Holmen rematch to open D2 playoffs

A matchup of co-conference champs to open the high school football playoffs Friday, as fourth-seeded Holmen hosts No. 5 Central.

The Vikings (6-3) beat the River Hawks (5-4) 36-17 on Oct. 4.

Holmen is coming off a 35-21 loss to Reedsburg, while Central lost 27-19 Friday to Logan, which has a three seed.
