A disappointing state semifinals for Coulee Region football teams, Logan, Aquinas and Prairie du Chien high schools.
While it’s quite an achievement to essentially be one of the final four teams still alive, all three fell on Friday.
Logan was looking to make its first-ever state championship berth, but fell 41-21 to top-ranked Notre Dame in Division 3. The last time the Rangers were in the state semifinals was 2013.
Logan finished the season 10-3.
