It’s been a rollercoaster season for UW-La Crosse running back Gabe Lynch. Prior to last week’s win over UW-River Falls, Lynch had one game over 100 yards and three under 50 yards.
In the Eagles (4-3, 2-2) 28-24 victory over the Falcons, though, Lynch set career highs in both carries (38) and yards (229). He also scored a touchdown.
Of those 38 carries, he had a ridiculous 27 in the second half, where he went off for 159 yards.
