Mark Murphy named to Packers Hall of Fame —to be inducted a month after mandatory retirement

Green Bay Packers president/CEO Mark Murphy will be inducted in the team’s Hall of Fame next year.

Unveiling Murphy’s name to the Lambeau Field atrium will take place during a ceremony Aug. 28, 2025 — a month after he hits the mandatory retirement age of 70.

Murphy took over for the Packers Dec. 3, 2007 and over those 17 years helped get Green Bay to the playoffs 12 times, including eight in a row — a team record from 2009-2016.
