WATCH: Mitchell’s grand slam at Copeland helps Loggers break five-game losing streak

Derrick Mitchell had a grand slam in helping the La Crosse Loggers baseball team break a five-game losing streak.

Mitchell was 3-for-5 with four RBI as the Loggers beat Duluth 14-9 Tuesday night at Copeland Park.

Leadoff hitter Matthew Miura was 2-for-4 with a home run and also had four RBI for the Loggers.

The series with Duluth wraps up Wednesday at Copeland Park. First pitch is at 6:35 p.m.
