The Badgers moved up five spots in the Top 25 poll, after beating then-No.7 Purdue last weekend.
Wisconsin (20-5) is now the highest-ranked team in the Big Ten, and they’ve been ranked this high before.
Back in early December, the Badgers opened the season 8-0, earning a No. 11 spot in the polls.
They went on to lose three consecutive games, however, to Michigan, a fifth-ranked Marquette, and Illinois.
